Poor Design
I really want to like Tory Burch bags, but the poor design just annoys. I have purchased and sold three bags and returned one. There is always one major design flaw. On this bag, there is a short strap and a longer strap so you can wear as a crossbody bag ...... except the shorter strap is NOT removable so it is in the way ... in a major way. Tory Burch should fire the people who design her bags. Or require them to watch some bag reviews on YouTube.

Poor Design

Love the denim but too small!
I’ve been looking for a denim bag and have 2 other small Tory Burch bags. Sadly, this one has less capacity than my other ones. I wish it had some compartments within it. There is hardly enough room for my phone, keys and a couple of cosmetic items. I want to keep it but sadly will be returning.

most functional shoulder bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have many Chanel and Hermes Bags and always wanted a Low-key Denim shoulder bag for casual occasions. this Kira dark Denim bag is just perfect for my iphone mini13, car key, lipstick, and perhaps powdered sunscreen! I don't need to worry about scratching or damage, there is no color transfer when i wear white tops. it is casual but you can definitely bring it to dinner or brunch with the girls! I never use the long strap only the shoulder strap, it's quite a minimalism chic look. to be honest, i love this bag equally as some of my Chanel bags!
