Used item was sent to me
I found this absurd, disrespectful and unprofessional for Nordstrom sent a used item for new one. I was very unsatisfied and disappointed when I received my item. Although, this is the first time this is happening but I don’t think there should be an excuse for this. You’ll need to do better.

Pretty casual sneakers
Nice casual sneakers. Love the style and the green color accents. They're very light and comfortable except for a little tightness on top, under the shoe lace section but in general, they're quite comfortable.

Fashionable Trainer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 other pairs of the Good Luck Trainer. I would have loved to keep this pair as it was on sale for a great deal. However, the soles squeak terribly! I don't like to hear myself walk nor do other people, I am sure. If they get wet, it's really bad. Not sure why the material was chosen for the Bubble trainer vs. the regular ones, but it's a no-go for me. Sadly, returned.
