for Fitbit^® Leather Wrap Bracelet

I have the grey leather/silver metal version. I refuse to wear the silicone Fitbit band with work or going-out clothes. This band is so versatile - I can wear it with all of my outfits so far. I've been getting compliments right and left, and when I tell them it's a Fitbit bracelet no one can believe it. I don't think it's too bulky at all, especially if you're wearing it alone. I wear on my left arm along with a small women's watch, and I have smallish wrists. I am a jewelry-stacker, though. If you like minimal jewelry it might be too much for you along with a watch. But you could always switch your Fitbit to your dominant arm and wear it alone.

I purchased the rose gold and oak and it's lovely. However, after wearing it for 2 weeks (only on outings, still used the rubber bracelet for home and gym) the leather developed abrasions where it rubbed against the metal cage housing the fitbit. It's not terribly noticeable, but unacceptable considering the price tag. Of course, Nordstrom is awesome and they're letting my try the black and gold. I'm hoping that the black won't show every imperfection like the oak color and also hoping I like the black as much. Otherwise, the metal part was sturdy and easy to open and close, no scratches on the metal, and the leather band was comfy. I wish the other reviewers included the color they ordered!!

I purchased the black and gold bracelet. The quality seems nice enough and the length was good for me (5.5" wrist). This is a nice alternative to the rubber fitbit band, but it doesn't work for me. The gold box that houses the fitbit is huge, takes up most of my wrist, and is quite tall as well. The bracelet completely overwhelmed my wrist/arm, perhaps it would look better on someone a with a larger frame than mine.

Long story short: If your Fitbit came with two bands, a small one and a large one, and you can't fit into the smaller band, don't order this bracelet. I ordered this in the oak/rose gold color the day it was announced the new style came out, and I guess it's good I did, because my bracelet just arrived and already that color combo is unavailable! Note to Fitbit: maybe there's a market out there for prettier bracelets. I was worried because before my bracelet arrived a friend was showing me the quirks of her older, all metal style TB FB band. That band is heavy, difficult to open and, I guess I'm the only person in the world from the reviews, fit me pretty snugly. When my bracelet arrived, I wasn't super pleased with the color of the band. It's a little peachy/pink; I wish rose gold/black had been an option. There is some thread sewn into the band around the hinges of the metal Fitbit holder, I guess to protect the leather from the excess trauma from the places where the holder will rub against it. However, with the light color, the white thread looks really garish and unfinished to me. My biggest complaint is that the band is pretty snug on me. It has 9 holes; I can wear it only on the last three. There's almost not enough excess band to tuck it into the loop at the end. I got this band imagining it would be a little loose and casual; I prefer looser-fitting watches, but it's snug even on the largest hole. My Fitbit came with two bands, a small one and a large one; the small one would fit me, but just barely. I used only the larger band for a bit more comfort. If you're like me and found your smaller Fitbit polyband too tight, I'd say skip ordering this bracelet. It's not going to be a good fit for you. For me, I will keep this bracelet but will keep my fingers crossed that something truly pretty and comfortable comes out to fill this niche. For the price of this bracelet, I'm pretty disappointed, but at least I don't have to wear a smelly plastic wristband to work every day now.
