Lovely but fragile
This bag in the larger size is gorgeous and spacious. It has a lot of room for storage inside. The pebble stone color is a beautiful neutral. The chai is a nice weight and looks good. The leather is buttery soft to the touch, so much so that I like to pet it. Like another reviewer. I find the lack of feet on it frustrating because I definitely don’t want it laying down on its side. The bag is very pretty, but the leather is very soft and fragile. It will scratch very easily. Mine showed wear after using it one day, but luckily Nordstrom took care of me and the bag was replaced. Treat it gently. This is not going to be an everyday bag you can sling in and out of your car, put on the floor during brunch, or shove into a locker, desk, etc. you would destroy it. It is most definitely a bag you will need to handle with care, so if you’re rough on bags, this may not be the right one for you. But if you take care of your bags, this is a gorgeous bag that I find myself taking out when I know I can be kind to it. Can be dressed up or down. I’m 5’1 and the crossbody length is good for me. Carrying on one shoulder would be too long with strap fully extended, but perfect when doubled up.

Terrible quality
Terrible experience with this bag, it is not worth the money it got damage with few gentle uses.
I had multiple bag from Tory but this is far most the worst. The material used is far below Tory quality.

Great daily bag
Looks great as an easy daily bag. I was able to get this in a neutral cream and it’s perfect for summer. Holds a ton and stylish. Tory Burch leather feels nice to the touch, worth the money.
This is a lovely bag that works with most outfits.
Highly recommend.

Best Tory bag
I have many Tory bags; this one by far is the bag Tory bag I have ever purchased. Not bulky, hold a lot and does not feel heavy even with the chain. I have been hunting for a different color to purchase in that size and style.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to have this bag. I loved it, it was soft and nice with enough space inside. But I am quiet disappointed on how fast it got ruined. The skin is peeling off the bag and the chain as well which is kinda crazy. I really expected it to be better quality coming from Tory Burch. I got my bag the end of June and have barely used it.
