Worn the returned
I am highly disappointed in Nordstrom for reselling a used bag without stating it’s preowned. There’s dozens of scratched all over the bag. A quick look over would’ve determined that the item shouldn’t be resold. To add insult to injury the dust bag is missing. I can’t get a replacement because it’s sold out… I am livid!
