Ella Metallic Puffy Chain Tote

I bought this bag for a Xmas gift. It arrived in a box with out any plastic or protective covering over the purse, it had a light mark on the front, the tags were cut off and there was no dust bag. Not sure if bag was a used return, but still careless packing for an expensive bag! Several days ago I called Nordstrom to get another one sent to me, and they placed the order for the replacement. I wake up today to an email saying they now can't fill the replacement order. So now its 2 days before Xmas and I am left with what looks like a used bag to give as a gift ! This experience is not what I expect from Nordstrom!
