QUALITY REVIEW NEEDED -- MISSING FRINGE
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these Eleanor Raffia Kitten Heel in my normal shoe size 8.5 and they were true to size. However, FRINGE was missing on theses sandals. I was quite disappointed. So, I returned them. Decided to purchase the same exact sandals online from a high-end department store and guess what, FRINGE was missing on those as well. Quality review needed.
