Eleanor Leather Satchel

Bought this bag full-price expecting that it will come to me in pristine condition. The reality was me receivikg a bag that was obviously used "on display." Obvious scratches all over the leather, wearing on the feet hardware, no tissue wrappings on the bag and the handles, almost ripped price tag, and the worst part...water stains and makeup glitter residue. The experience of getting this bag was horrible. I was so looking forward to this bag and it came in this used condition. I ended up returning this bag and bought it again at another competitor luxury department store. I'm sorry Nordstrom, but you have lost yourself a loyal customer.
