Do not buy!
I got this beautiful bag which I thought I would love. Just the second time of wearing the strap over my shoulder the hardware broke off! I would never recommend this bag to anyone, it is awful craftsmanship. The quality overall feels like plastic and the hardware is junk. Extremely disappointed that even the client services did zero to help!!!

Great top handle
Loved the bag but it was very poorly packaged and the handle was damaged. It looked like it had been returned to the store and then resold to me. I bought it in the brown color. I was so disappointed because the bag was truly beautiful and completely sold out. I had to return it. I hope it isn’t sold to anyone else. I would give this five stars had it arrived properly packaged and undamaged.

Broken Strap
I love the color and design so well. Super disappointed
There is no dust bag and packaging was so bag with broken strap. I think they delivered me the same bag which reviewer’s mention it’s broken strap.
