Strap is too short
This is a truly beautiful purse! But, I was very disappointed that the strap was so short. Even adjusting the hooks, the purse came up to my waist! The mannequin shows the purse on the hip. I had to return. There is no way to comfortably wear this bag as a crossbody. Too bad, as it is so pretty.

too small
I'm 5'5 and found the strap to be too short. The bag hung a little too high when I wore it as a crossbody. The bag itself is very small, but the short strap is what made me return it.

Pretty but too short
I purchased this bag for Christmas from my husband to me and was disappointed. The strap is too short and not adjustable and the straps also come loose on the sides of the purse which is annoying. I will be returning it. Very disappointed since this was my first Tory Burch purchase and was really looking forward to it. :( I have never written a bad review but in this case I thought I'd save people the bother of returning an item.

Great bag but not long enough
I love Tory Burch products, and was looking for a smaller crossover bag for fall. The color, leather and size were perfect- unfortunately the strap didn't make it long enough. It hit at my hips, where I usually like it to be longer (I'm 5'9). I returned the purse because of this so will keep looking :)

Loved!
I got this last year for one of my surprise Christmas gifts! I love the size and the inside has the cardholder slots which is great if you're not wanting to carry an additional wallet. This year I'm wanting a bigger clutch in black so hopefully it's another surprise gift!!
