Double Buckle Leather Belt

This is a beautiful US-made belt. The leather is a very nice quality, and it's finished with a very fine feathered edge. I ordered this for my husband because he's been looking for a black belt with a gold tone buckle for some time. For some reason that's a rarity. This has 2 buckles included so it's like getting 2 belts for the price of one! The buckles are easy to change as well. There are a few problems with the item description, however. First of all, the width of the belt is 1 and 1/4", making it suitable for dress slacks or chinos. The other problem is the advice to "size up" one size larger than the pants size. My husband wears 44 slacks, so I initially ordered a 46 belt. When the belt arrived, my husband didn't like the large amount of belt tongue; so we reordered a size 44 which looks much better. My advice would be - only somewhat facetiously - to order one size up ONLY if you're planning on gaining weight!
