Perfect Basic Tee

The material is really soft and the shape is perfect--not too boxy and not too fitted. Topshop sizes usually run a little small. I'm 5'4'' and 115lbs and ordered size 4.

Tight arms

If you are sick of buying clothes that they make the arms too tight... stay away from this shirt! I was expecting it to have larger arm openings like the model picture, but turned out to have VERY tight arms. Based on the picture I expected it to be a loose fitted shirt I could wear with leggings. The 3rd picture that shows the arms looking tighter than the fit of the rest of the tee is the true one. I am 34 inch chest, 5'1" and about 110 lbs. I purchased the Size 4, when I normally wear 2 or XS, S in tees and it did not fit anywhere close to the same as it does on the model. The fabric is also very thin, clingy. If you want just a simple tee, the BP ones are less expensive, nice quality and don't fit so awkwardly.

my FAVORITE tee

My GO TO tee. V neck isn't too low so you don't have to wear a cami or bandeau underneath. Hides EVERYTHING without looking sloppy. Can't stress enough how much I love this tee. Getting in every color in my size!!!!!!

thought it would be longer

The material and length were not was i expecting. I really thought it would be longer. the material felt a bit flimsy. I am returning the shirt. The fit around the chest, etc was fine.

Just the simple tee you're looking for-but classy!

This is the perfect find for a simple tee to wear daily. If you're also ocd about the material of your tees-this one has really soft and comfortable fabric. Although its cotton it also has this sheer look which make the shirt looks more formal/fancy.I wear the black one going out at night.

perfect basics

I love these shirts! I got the black and the white in store, and I can't wait to wear them. They are super soft and nice and baggy like I was looking for. Like other reviews said, the arm holes are a bit tighter than I would have imagined but its not a big deal at all, it's not like they cut into you or anything (at least for me). I wanted these to fit a bit bigger so I got them in size 6 (I'm 5'6' and 116 lbs) and they're the perfect "boyfriend" tee. Also- It does run a little short but sizing up fixed any issues with that.
