Awful fit- returned
So short the bottom looks like underwear while top is so high waisted it’s above the waist. The most unflattering shorts I’ve ever tried. I usually wear M but needed L which would be ok if they were nice.

Not for girls with small waists & big thighs/butts
I wanted to love these, but they just didn’t fit right on me. I read the reviews and decided to size up to a US 8. I’m 5’4”, 135 pounds with an athletic build and normally buy either a 4 or 6 in jeans/shorts. These don’t fit like mom shorts at all. I loved the wash and the length but they were a bit tight on my thighs, and the biggest problem was the waist was WAY too big. If I sized down they’d be too tight on my thighs. Will be returning and suggest if you have a similar build to not purchase these shorts.

runs small!
I’ve bought top shop shorts before and normally get a 4 or 6 so I went ahead and got the 4 since they’re supposed to be a loose fit/mom shorts. They were so small compared to everything else I have from them. Definitely size up

Great high waisted short
These shorts are a great find; they’re not skin tight, which I like, although I did size up from my usual 8 to a 10, just for a roomier fit in the legs. They go well with crop tops or tees!

Not as expected
While I love the fabric & the idea of these shorts, they did not look anything like the picture. The quality & stretch was what I was expecting, but the fit was huge. The front crotch was very baggy & the waist was about 2" too big. I'm typically a 26 in jeans & purchased the US 6 (fits like 2-4). If you're looking for oversized comfy shorts, these are it! Otherwise, they're very unflattering & run quite big. Sadly an instant return for me.

runs small & too short
I decided to try a few pair of topshop denim shorts, & this was the only pair that didn't work out for me. Not only do these shorts run small, but they are waaaay too short. I think that even if I get a size up, they'll still be ridiculously short. Additionally, I think that if you want the same baggy look as the picture, you'd probably have to size up 2 sizes to achieve it.
