Did not meet my expectations
I remember seeing this at the full line store so when I found it at the rack for less I was super excited to order it! When it arrived it was only okay. The straps are not adjustable and so the arm holes ended up being too small for me! They are sewn to an exact length and then the tie is just for decoration not to change the length. It was also a bit scratchy and so I returned it. Besides the straps, I would say it’s pretty true to size

Soft and Sparkly
I initially ordered the size 6 US (fits like 2-4) because I typically wear a size 4. I found the dress fit pretty true to a 6 and ended up exchanging for a 4 which fit well. I'm 5'2", 110 lbs. for reference. I ordered the dress in black for New Years and the velvet is soft and the glitter stars were a nice touch.

Super cute and comfy. Loved the little stars. Cute with above the knee boots. Ran a tad big. I could have ordered the next size down. Medium quality.
