WRONG COLOR WRONG SIZE
I ordered the black size 12 and they sent green size 8. So I returned them and reordered the black size 12 and they sent the same thing again green size 8. I called customer service to explain that this happened twice; mind you on the shipping order it clearly say black size 12. So I never got to wear the pants but they do look nice and quality is good. Customer service wasn’t so nice; the lady sounded annoyed ; I have been shopping with Nordstrom for a long time. I couldn’t believe customer service.
