Classic Look for a Modern Price
I bought this overcoat for my young adult son as a Christmas gift. It is a perfect addition to his slowly expanding "adult work" wardrobe. Classic color, classic lines, classic styling. This matches the look and quality of the $400 and up coats I've been seeing in high end stores. This will segue perfectly from a business suit to jeans. Classics are always appropriate. I will say that this is, indeed, a trim cut. My son is a slim, athletic build, but does have broad shoulders. He normally wears a medium in everything, but I found the large fit him best (giving him room to move his arms freely). I would definitely suggest sizing up if you are buying this for a more muscular build or someone who will be wearing layers underneath. As a side note - I did have to exchange my original purchased size medium for the large, and Nordstrom's customer service representative was wonderful.
