Officially licensed by Bravo's hit series TOP CHEF, this nine-piece block set features 4116 high-carbon German stainless-steel knives ice-tempered for peak edge retention and hand-finished with a Japanese ultra-fine polishing wheel to 15-degree sharpness for a fine, controlled cut. The full bolster and stainless end cap help balance each knife, and the ergonomically designed handles are coated with rubber so they won't slip, no matter how fast you dice.
