How to use: Brush your brow hairs upward using the spoolie end. Then, outline underneath the brow arch to the tail. Brush your brow hairs downward to expose sparse areas and fill in as needed. Next, brush your brow hairs upward to lay the hairs flat and blend out the product. Fill and define the front of your brow using hair-like strokes following your natural hair growth.
