What it is: A featherweight eyeshadow primer that locks down color for 24 hours of creaseproof, budgeproof and waterproof wear and true color payoff.

What it does: This best-selling, colorless formula glides on seamlessly and dries invisibly to create the perfect canvas for eyeshadow application. Unique binders lock down eyeshadow pigments for amazingly long wear, and it neutralizes any lid discoloration, too. The needle-nose applicator ensures no-waste, precise dispensing.

How to use: Using your fingertip, gently apply a very thin layer to clean, dry lids. Less is more. The size of a raindrop covers both lids. It can also be used to lock down brow color.
