What it is: A featherweight eyeshadow primer that locks down color for 24 hours of creaseproof, budgeproof and waterproof wear and true color payoff.
What it does: This best-selling, colorless formula glides on seamlessly and dries invisibly to create the perfect canvas for eyeshadow application. Unique binders lock down eyeshadow pigments for amazingly long wear, and it neutralizes any lid discoloration, too. The needle-nose applicator ensures no-waste, precise dispensing.
How to use: Using your fingertip, gently apply a very thin layer to clean, dry lids. Less is more. The size of a raindrop covers both lids. It can also be used to lock down brow color.

My lids have darkened from using eye drops prescribed for pressure. So in addition to dealing with thin, sensitive, aging lids, I have been trying to find the best primer and this is it. It is silky and sheer, with just a hint of light skin tone. However, it is undetectable after it dries in a second. The tip is very narrow, allowing just a tiny bit out but it does not clog so there is no waste. While applying it, the first thing I notice is it does not smear into any other area than the lids - other brands do. easy to remove and although I don't ask it to go 24 hours, it does last all day. Another big plus is that I cannot detect fragrance. Thanks to Too Faced -I consider this to be therapy . rather than cosmetic for my dark lids.

Not Great
The consistency of this primer is really spotty and makes my eyeshadow look patchy. Also doesn't protect against creasing very well.

Perfect Eyeshadow Primer
I used to wear a Tarte eyeshadow primer and it recently was discontinued. This product is just as good as that product if not better. A little goes a long way, i know this will last me a long time.

Best. Primer. Ever.
I’ve used this one for years for my eyelids - makeup does not move all day long. I had oily skin when I was younger, and only this one did the trick. Now that my skin is not so oily anymore, I still need it to provide a base and keep my liner, shadow, and even my mascara from bleeding or transferring. I recommend this product to everyone. Thanks Too Faced and Nordstrom!
