How to use: Prime eyelid then define the crease with a matte shade using a fluffy blending brush (sold separately). Place brush tip in the crease starting from the outer corner, then lightly buff to the inner corner. Layer for color intensity. Apply your choice of eyeshadow onto the eyelid. For shimmer shades, use a clean fingertip to intensify shimmer.
