What it is: A water-resistant, cream eye shadow with a jelly-like texture that leaves sparkle and shimmer on lids.

What it does: This water-resistant jelly shadow applies seamlessly to the eyes, sealing in moisture. The fine glitter shadow formula delivers long-lasting color that will not clump or crease.

How to use: Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto your fingertip and sweep across lids. For more definition and depth, simply layer and use fingers to blend until desired result. For more intense color, let each layer dry before applying the next one.
