Does not connect to WiFi
The two new Tonies we purchased do not connect to WIFI. The original Tonies work but the new purchases - Peppa Pig and Elsa do not connect and I have not been able to resolve the issue.

Our technical support team has reached out to you to assist in resolving the issue! Keep in mind that when adding new Tonies you need to be within range of your Wi-Fi connection or establish a new connection with a different Wi-Fi network. Hopefully you will be back up and running soon!

My husband and I bought
My husband and I bought my 3 year old grandson a Tonies last year for Christmas and he has listened to it every day since then. The recent additions to his collection have been a big hit. We got the headphones and monster carrying case last year and he loves those too. WELL worth the money!!!
