Wrong shoe sent

The completely incorrect and cheap shoe was in the box despite the barcode being correct on the box. We needed the correct item expedited, however the shoe is a "drop shipment" item so express shipping is not available.

Ordered these online and they are beautiful! Most importantly these are very comfortable. My issue is the toe strap or maybe the elastic over the top isn’t holding my foot from sliding forward. Really want to keep though!
