I ordered the neutral and received the neutral tweed. 1st pic is what I ordered, second pic is what I got. Not happy. They need to send me the correct shoe. Would be very Happy if I received correct order

Nordstrom Disappoints
I was excited to receive these boots in a size 8.5. When they came, I was frustrated to find two left boots, one in the size 8 that I ordered and one in a size 10. I wish I had gone directly through Toms instead of maintaining my loyalty to Nordstrom. Their quality control was disappointing and they were unable to issue me a new pair as they are currently sold out. My point... I don't know if these would have been great boots or not, I only got one that fit me, but the whole experience was horrible.

These are just ok
I ordered these boots in natural. The width is a little narrow, and I don’t have wide feet. Returning because imo they look cheap.

I adore these booties. Easy to dress up or wear with jeans. I was told by a friend that they do stretch. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they are a tad narrow. Nothing that a little wear will fix. I plan on buying the taupe ones too.

Nordstrom Disappoints

Great for Fall and beyond
Adorable bootie. I’m a size 8 with a high instep and they fit great. Good go-to shoe. Love the style, height and zipper for easy on and off. I now have the black ones in my cart.
