Alp Resident 2.0 Sneaker (Women)

These shoes are the best for travel! I’m literally sitting in London wearing them and waiting for a train to head to Paris. I always wear Toms when I travel because they’re super light and versatile. These by far have been the most comfortable and stylish. I’m a mom of two boys and we’ve been everywhere in Europe for the past week or so — and I haven’t had a day of tired feet thanks to the better cushion. I totally recommend purchasing these! No regrets! Wear thicker socks rather than no-shows if you want your foot to stay in them better.

Love the look. Got it in black. Like the lift these Toms give you compared to your regular canvas slip-ons. Footbed is thicker (~1/4 inch), removable for washing , and comfy. I like the goring details on the sides which come up higher on feet thus even if your heels were to slip out or move up-down while walking, your feet do not slip out of shoes. But down side is that it could potentially cause some rubbing since goring is not soft/smooth. Also, on the footbed, it has a Toms logo sewn on which you can feel on your sole of your feet and not great. Wish it was just a logo decal not actual piece of logo fabric sewn onto footbed.

I found these shoes to be a perfect fit. I wear a medium in toe area but have narrow heels. Most shoes slip up and down but these shoes are snug enough to avoid slipping but also allows room in the toe box area. My left foot is about a size larger than right foot which causes a problem with shoes fitting properly. These shoes make you forget you are even wearing shoes.
