Disappointed
Order two sizes online to ensure the proper fit. The upper part of the boot (ankle area) was 4 different materials and textures on each boot. It looked nothing like the pictures online and there was clearly poor quality control. For a boot that cost this much this shouldn’t be an issue.

Perfect fit and substantial made

They have the magic fit which I have enjoyed for over 40 years. The boots are substantial and well made. You can wear a verity of slacks because the uppers are narrow as compared to traditional boots

A nice looking solid boot.
I love the look. Urban with western vibes. Out of the box, I wore them in cold weather walking around 2 miles while in NYC. Super comfortable. Little break in will be required with these. One thing to note is that I originally ordered my normal size but returned to size down a half size which did the trick.
