I ended up buying this style in three different colors between Nordstrom‘s, and Bloomingdales. Such pretty colors, very flattering, and just a classic comfortable dress that you could dress up or down. Nice and lightweight fabric and should travel well. Happy I was able to find them on sale.

This is a really great dress! I almost bought it over the summer, however I finally pulled the trigger once it went on sale and I’m so glad I did! I’m 5’9” and it hits about 2.5” below the knee, and the slits keep it from seeming too matronly, while keeping things office-appropriate. Once the weather warms up, I foresee pairing this red color with a leather belt, structured handbag and wedges for work, or a straw bag and strappy sandals for summer picnics and whatnot. The fabric is a nice weight while still having some flow to it to flatter the figure, and I appreciate how secure and non-gapping the buttons are. Overall, great buy and if additional colors become available (black or another fun bright color) I would definitely buy.
