Rhonda 56mm Gradient Pilot Sunglasses

I’ve been a loyal Nordstrom shopper for decades which is why I can’t express how disappointed I am. When I picked up these glasses they were dirty with no cleaning cloth. Clearly they are a return but Nordstrom pulled and sold them and didn’t think to even clean them before I came to pick up. The gal at the pick counter was embarrassed. She cleaned them and I took them home only to realize there was no cleaning cloth in the case. They are going back. Very disappointed in Nordstrom’s quality control. For $620, I expect a heck of a lot more than dirty glasses and missing standard items.

Rating low because there was no case. These were super sturdy, beautiful sage color, but for $600 no case?! They were shipped in bubble wrap and a zip bag and place with other items I ordered in a box.

Nordstrom’s is a wonderful department store and the 1 review of these glasses Is ridiculous. If anything ever goes wrong or you're not happy, they always make it right. I love the store.
