Penelope 59mm Gradient Cat Eye Sunglasses

While I LOVE these sunglasses and how they look on my face, fit, etc, the polarized lenses are warped at the bottom. It can only be seen when you're looking at yourself in the mirror or when others with polarized glasses look at you. I wore mine a couple times, and tried to ignore it, but for $500 sunglasses, it seems like to big of a flaw to overlook. I'll be returning them.. hopefully the non-polarized ones dont have the same problem!

I also love TF Penelope polarized sunglasses — and also noticed that when I looked in the mirror, the bottoms on the glasses are warped. It’s sad as I love the color of the lens but for this price point I will have to return them. Still love the polarized version so will have to choose another.

So these sunglasses are amazing and I’m so happy with this purchase. I noticed other reviews mention the “warped” look on the bottom of the frames, and I do agree you can see that when looking in the mirror. To the naked eye, you cannot see this. Anyone (as long as they aren’t also wearing polarized sunglasses) cannot see this at all. If you don’t like the idea of someone wearing polarized sunglasses seeing that on your sunglasses, then I’d pass… but honestly, these sunglasses are super cute and look so chic. I’d definitely recommend purchasing them!
