What it does: This sheer, 24-hour veil locks in eyeshadow for a no-crease finish. Available in a universal pink hue, the quick-drying, long-wearing primer ensures smooth application for your eye color while keeping it free of smudging and enhancing its color. It's formulated with silica for a blurring, soft-focus effect and second-skin texture.
How to use: Apply directly to your eyelids using the doe-foot applicator. Use before your eyeshadow to achieve smoother application, maximized color payoff and longer wear.

TF Eye Primer
Very good eyeshadow primer:
- easy to apply evenly
- slight color correcting peach shade, but it's rather sheer
- smooths eyelids without drying
- makes eyeshadows adhere longer and prevents creasing
- practical doe foot applicator
- sleep compact tube, great for on the go
Overall: I have tried so many eye primers and most are either too sheer and don't seem to help much with creasing or they are too opaque and heavy so my eyes look dry and aged. This provides just the right amount of soft color correction and it doesn't make my eyes look crepey. I really like this!

Just say no to this primer
I bought this after reading an independent review. I was looking for a brightening primer that lasts (my eyelids are darker than my facial skin tone). The product descriptions says: "Waterproof, transfer-proof, sweat- and humidity-resistant, this formula is designed to stay put." I work 12 hour days and it did not last the day and lost color as the day went on.

Love this primer!
I am a makeup artist and I have always loved Tom Ford eyeshadows, so I decided to order this primer. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It instantly brightened and smoothed the eyelid when I applied it. I didn’t need to use a lot of product to get the effect. When I went to apply the eyeshadow over the primer- it immediately grabbed the pigment, but still allowed for blending. The effect this product had on pigment payoff, smoothness of skin, and longevity were all awesome! Very psyched about this eyeshadow primer.

Does not hold up at all
Really wanted to love it, great packaging, great applicator, nice texture but it completely lacked performance. After about 2 hours the eye shadow creased and as the day progressed the eye shadow at the fold was completely gone. Performance-wise this was the worst eye primer that I've tried.

Not Emotionproof
I have been on the hunt for an eye primer since Urban Decay changed their formula and isn't the holy grail that it used to be. I have oily eyelids so primer is a must for me and also helps with mascara from fading/smudging. I have to admit I was willing to try given it's "Tom Ford" and the packaging (I know, especially in these times of sustainability and all). I had very high hopes. This goes on nicely. Powder eyeshadows smooth on and look vibrant. Pencils, no difference in application with or without the primer. But in the end, not even 2-hour proof, I can't imagine wearing this for an emotionproof special occasion--way too risky. The hunt goes on...
