What it is: A medium-to-full coverage, all-day moisture and 24-hour wear skin care-infused foundation that creates seamless radiance at every angle, lighting the face to cinematic perfection.
What it does: The foundation is liquid light with a weightless, serum-like formula. A unique blend of skin-care actives, featuring hyaluronic acid and botanical oils nourish and hydrate, while Queen of the Night, a soothing, night-blooming flower protects and strengthens the skin barrier. Niacinamide helps enhance skin radiance and dimensional light-diffusing powders create a soft, lit-from-within-look. The formula includes SPF 50+ to help protect from UV rays (UVA/UVB). The foundation is expressed in an iconic square bottle with the signature mahogany-and-gold toned design code. The formula is fade-resistant, nonsettling, noncaking, nonporing, crease-resistant, water-resistant and sweat- and humidity-resistant*.

Nice new formula
I love Tom Ford foundations and this formula is no different. It’s a cross between Shade & Illuminate and Architecture Soft Matte. It was difficult to find a shade match as TF has changed the names/numbers again, but once you narrow it down, the finish is beautiful. Overall very happy with this launch.

I have dry skin and this foundation separates in some spots and it clung on to dry patches making my face look horrible. I have a line on my nose. I just ran out of my cle de peau foundation and I love that one! I wanted to try something different. I’m not happy with this

Not My Favorite
I wanted to love this foundation, I truly did, but unfortunately we were not a match (and not just in shade). I did end up with a shade a bit more pale than I am, so I’m basing this evaluation on everything but shade match. I love products that include SPF, but this foundation went on thicker than expected for a product advertised as serum-like. It did feel much lighter once it was settled onto my skin a bit, but it really does a great job advertising any texture on my skin. I think my 30 year old face would have been very happy with this product, but my 40 year old skin will go back to the drawing board. I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes.

Great Product, Disappointing Service
The Tom Ford foundation is excellent — beautiful coverage and finish. Unfortunately, the customer service did not reflect the quality of the product.
I returned to the store because the shade oxidized, and when I asked for assistance, the same CSR who originally helped me became immediately rude and dismissive. She repeatedly said, “There’s nothing I can do” and “I don’t know what you want me to do,” even though my request was simple: reapply the foundation to confirm the correct shade before opening a new purchase. Her tone made it clear she took my request personally, which was unnecessary and unprofessional.
The salesperson, Cheryl, eventually reapplied the foundation, but even after doing so, she continued to be rude. I told her I would step away and let the shade sit on my skin for a few minutes. Instead, I went to Nordstrom’s competitor, where I received a completely different level of service — professional, welcoming, and supportive.
At that point, I returned the products entirely. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this type of interaction at Nordstrom. I genuinely try to give people grace, but the consistency of these encounters suggests a larger pattern. Staff need better training, especially for a luxury environment where professionalism should be the baseline.
The product is great, but the service fell far below the standard associated with both Tom Ford and Nordstrom.

Not as hydrating as I hoped
As someone with dry skin, I had high hopes for this Tom Ford Architecture Radiance Hydrating Foundation. When I first tried switching it (on my arm) the formula seemed great. It was smooth, creamy and blended nicely. It even felt hydrating like the name suggested. Some of those factors still held true once I applied to my face. I was still smooth and creamy and it did still blend nicely, but unfortunately, it didn't seem as hydrating as I had hoped. It really seemed to cling to all my driest areas. From far away, it looked alright, but when I looked at my face up close, every pore and dry spot was terribly noticeable. I do think this foundation had decent, buildable coverage, but maybe it just wasn't the best for me personally. I still do love Tom Ford products, but this was a miss. I received this product for free from Tom Ford for testing and review purposes.

Great scent but nit smooth
I used this foundation in the morning, the texture is smooth, easy apply on my skin. It covers the surface without leaving any bump or grainy feely on the skin. I love the light fragrant from the foundation.
Cons: my skin was not smooth, I can see my skin gets very dry and it shows obviously right away. I have to apply moisturizer beforehand. This cause the pilling of the foundation. I'm still highly recommend this product to person with moist skin not dried like mine or better solution for this situation.
