XXL fits me great. I wear a Calvin Klein XL for reference and buy pants in 38" or 40" waist. The waistband isn't so wide that it folds over, but still feels more substantial and better made than mass market brands. European designer underwear can have scratchy tags that seem unnecessarily large, not so with these Tom Ford briefs. Tom Ford is my new favorite underwear. The branding is clear but understated. Luxurious and comfortable. I'm buying more because I want to wear them everyday, not just special days.
