Euro style, light weight comfort
I first noticed these loafers be worn by locals while vacationing on the island of Capri. Then again in Naples, Rome, Cascais and Ibiza. Shorts or suits, the shoes looked great. I was happy to see Nordstrom carried a few different designer espadrilles. Tod’s are my personal favorite: made in Italy, have the jute detailing around the rubber sole BUT RUN BIG. Figure about 1-1 1/2 size larger than your normal size. They’re light and easy to pack with multiple color choices. The included dustbag is handy because you can just clap the shoes together to shake off debris and then shove them into the bag before putting in your luggage.
