Has Nordstrom turned into Amazon?
The hoodie was a gift but didn't arrived packaged in a sealed plastic bag with no identification that it came from Nordstrom. When I opened the bag I cut off the printed area to include with my gift. I also requested a gift box for which I was charged an extra $5. I had no problem with the $5 until I saw that all that i paid for was a do-it-yourself put together box with No tissue and No bow. Now that was a rip-off. I called customer service and they too the $5 off my bill.
