Not waxed, FYI
High quality, hefty belt, but be aware it is a scratch magnet with normal use as it is not waxed. Just running it through jean loops will cause it to noticeably scratch. Perhaps this was intentional and to give the belt a weathered and worn look over time, but should’ve been in the product description to make folks aware. On the fence if I will keep or return it given the high price. The leather itself is definitely high quality and strong, just wish it had a matte wax coating. The attached photo is after three in-office uses.
