You for sure want to order 1/2 size down. I am a 12 and I ordered an 11.5 and they fit perfect.

My exchange had a defect when received.
I love how this shoe looks. I had to rerun it for a different size (1/2 size down). It fit perfect when I received it. The only problem was the new shoe had a bubble on top but my pants kind of cover it, I can't decide on weather or not to accept this or return it.
The 2 stars is for the condition of the new shoe. I had to pay out of pocket for another shoe and wait, sometimes its easier to just deal with the blemish. Nordstroms needs to step it up, I used to have better experiences in the past. The West Farms location seems to have went down hill from what it used to be as well. I discovered this when I was returning the 1st pair.
Other than that you better order 1/2 size down.
