Hip and Happy colored liner
1st off, I'd like to make the comment that it would be helpful if people who reviewed makeup products would specify the COLOR they are reviewing. Why don't people do this?! Drives me nuts.
'Hip & Happy' is a nice, versatile pinky/beige, that matches 'Saint Germain' Mac lipstick perfectly. Mission accomplished.

Very disappointing
I used to wear MAC lipstick exclusively, but they discontinued my favorite shade. I switched to a similar one called “Crème in Your Coffee.” My first one broke after just a couple of uses—and then my second one did too! My old shade never did that.
I went to Nordstrom and showed it to the girl at the MAC counter, but she refused to exchange it and said, “Yeah, that happens with MAC lipsticks.” Haha, no—it doesn’t! Then she went around showing me the broken lipsticks they have on display. Ridiculous. That’s not right—no lipstick should break like that at the base! I never had that problem with my previous Mac shade or with any other lipstick.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with MAC and their customer service at Nordstrom.

My go-to pencil and color
I am 25-years faithful to MAC lip pencils. No other pencil on the planet is as good. I use many different brands of makeup, but for lip pencils MAC is the only way to go. Creamy application that's never hard or obvious, sharpen like a dream, never break, blend right into your lipstick. Soar is a go-to color - blends with many different shades of neutrals and blush-pinks. Whirl is another neutral color with a tad less pink in it for neutrals/bares. Just turned 50 an am an entertainer - swear by these liners.

Fave nude lipliner
My search for the perfect nude lipliner is finally over - this shade compliments my pigmented lips & gives it a wonderful wash of color. I like to wear it under MAC's Jubilee lipstick. Boldly Bare is peachy/nude - it's got more pigment than Subculture and is less brown/orange than Spice.
