The bracelet was hard for
The bracelet was hard for my wife and I to install so I paid a watchmaker to put it together in five minutes. However despite loving the look of the watch it fell off my wrist two times in the first 24 hours of ownership so I returned it. I have owned Timex watches since 1993!

Glass is all scratched after 14 months…
So disappointed by the quality. Design is great, quality is cheap. The hlass is all scratched after 14 months of low use… only wearing it sometime…
How can i have the glass replaced? Is it possible to change the glass?
