Best Suitcase I've ever owned!
I have a family of four that travels several times a year by plane and about once a month on a road trip. We have had the co-pilot bag for at least 5 years and we love it! It's still in great shape. The last trip we finally lost a wheel, but an easy repair and back on the road.

Do not buy
I had to leave this bag behind after 2 months (1 overseas fly trip, 2 local fly trips, and 4 train trips). • The wheel axe started to bend and I didn't add anything heavy • The side handle will start to deform the luggage • There's not stairs cover on the bottom of the handle metal and it will scratch when hit it • The bottom will bend and every time you put it down it will start tearing the fabric • The front panel will get scratched a lot until it turns light grey • Zippers brake easy I'm using Eagle Creek compression cube sets and most of them ended up at the bottom leaving a large space at the top. I decided to leave it behind after reading other reviews and guarantees, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to get a refund even if I'm in the States. I got a S'Cure Samsonite spinner and it keeps everything in place and secure and it's easier to carrie (it doesn't hit your feet in the back when walking) I like the brand and designs but the product needs a lot of improvement and a better guarantee.

It is so good we ordered a second one
We bought this logger for our family trip to Europe this last spring. We went to Madrid, Sevilla, London and Paris. Did a lot of walking between train stations and hotels. Me and my wife were able to handle it no problem. The kids also helped rolling it on the streets no problem. We had two carry on luggage on the plain. this one was the best to handle kids stuff in and out. Although it doesn't have lots of pockets, the top one is large and allows you to put lots of small stuff. The design also allows you to open the back from one compartment where you can storage the stuff you will need on the plane. We just order our second one so that we can fight with this two

My second Copilot Roller, great product once again!
Had my first Copilot for about a year and it has been a great carry on. I really like the split design and all the pocket/access areas. The luggage seems rugged to date, as I have had no issues with the wheels, slide out handle, zippers or craftsmanship. My wife used my bag a few times while traveling and loved it. We ordered and received the second Copilot for her last week. Looks like the same quality and craftsmanship as my bag, so all is good!

Best buy
Good buy for the money varey usefully and easy use and find what you need without opening the whole sutecase and having all of your stuff fall out.

A great disappointment
The nutshell opens in the middle and you need a full room in the Hotel to open your cabin trolley, let's not talk if you go onboard a plane and you forgot something and have to open it. Pray you are in first class. Also the fact that the weight is distributed equally in the front and in the back, make it difficult to roll it on 2 wheels and after a week it was all damaged in the front corners. I am a flight attendant and I live out of a trolley so I know what is useful and practical. I therefore I wrote to customer service to tell what I think and please to improve the item. The answer was, we know what we do. Very disappointing. Also no support for reparing my new trolley. Please do no purchase it. Looks great, strong wheels but totally unpracticle.

It's a Trooper
I have had this back for years. Most of the time I have traveled for work at least 2 weeks a month. I always check my bag, so that's really hard labor. It's a little dirty, but no worse for the wear. If you are looking for sturdy, practical, durable, dependable this is your bag. Easy to roll even with another bag sitting on top, the wheels are the best.
