Terrible customer service
Ordered 3x now. All cancelled. Still showing in stock. Maybe Nordstrom’s inventory system should physically check the inventory if it cancels more than once? Please check physical stock and update so we can all stop wasting our time.
Nice boots, bulky. Leather seems good quality, maybe not this price though. The removable insole is cushy, but I would still put Superfeet in them for better arch support.

This is the best sole on a shoe ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been really cold this week and these boots have kept my feet warm. The thick comfy sole is perfect for me. I would definitely buy more of these in different colors. My feet are not as comfortable when I put on different boots.

Please don't ever discontinue these boots
I saw a comment on here that the owner wore these shoes in Japan. I can confirm. 20k steps for 2 weeks. These boots are extremely stylish and comfortable! You will not regret buying these!!
