Timberland
The mission of Timberland is to inspire and equip the world to step outside, work together and make it better. Founded in 1952 in Boston, the company is best known for its iconic "original yellow boot," which debuted in 1973. Those waterproof leather boots set new standards for craftsmanship, durability and protection—and still embody the spirit of all Timberland shoes made today.

Please read if you want to save your ankle from pain
First the good: the port unions look great, fit well, seem great except in one particular spot around the ankle. The bad part: first of all around the ankle there is a stiff insert between the outer leather and the inner lining. I assumed this insert is there for stability around the heel, but when I walk it bends inwards so that that it's top edge jams into my skin just below the ankle bone. This was super uncomfortable, annoying, and distracting and makes me not want to walk in these shoes. When they were new, I assumed this was just new shoes that needed to be broken in. It feels like there is no padding in the boot and after walking around for a day had cuts on each of my ankles directly below the ball of the ankle from insert around the ankle/heel on the boots. I definitely do NOT recommend unless you want sore ankles afterwards.

Precaution comfort!
These boots MUST be laced up extremely loose at the top otherwise they will dig in painfully above the outside of the ankle bone (above the lateral maleolus into the fibula). They are gorgeous boots. After extensive reading and videos, there are an unusual amount of creative ways to lace the boots loosely if you decide to keep them. I suggest watching these vids FIRST. For $190 you shouldn't have to.

not as expected
Good points: seems well made. Like it came with 2 pairs of laces for options
Bad points: design makes my feet look huge. Uncomfortable immediately. Potentially it would stretch out but not going to risk it. Leather looks shiny and fake. Maybe from the waterproofing. Aesthetically not my choice.

Not sure I would by again.
I love the look and comfort of this boot and they look great with casual pants or jeans. There is one big issue. They squeak and the heal pops when I take a step. I tried inserts and leather treatment.
