Bad experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I placed the order it said the item would ship in 3-5 days. Took almost 4 weeks to deliver. Outer box and shoe box damaged. Poor communication with customer service.

Cute Off sizing
Very cute! Can either dress up or down but somehow the sizing is weird. I'm a 25.5cm, purchase 8.5 and the boots are exact. Can't wear with socks unless I remove the insole which makes it feels uncomfortable :(. Not sure if I should have got half size up or chose wide
