Nice wide toe box
I stuck to my normal size 8 and am glad I did. The boots do run wide. Even though I don’t have wide feet, I like wide toe boxes. The ankle area felt very big, so I used a thicker insole with a heel cup. I don’t plan to wear thick socks with these boots so this helped fill the ankle space. I don’t like my toes bumping into the front of the boot so sticking with my normal size worked for me. If you like a tighter fit and don’t use your own insoles, then you may prefer to size down like most of the reviewers did. My feet are sensitive and I didn’t like the thin insole it came with.
I got it in the full grain leather and the shaft was stiff at first, so it did require a little bit of breaking in. These are my first Chelsea boots and I love them! They’re very comfortable and not as heavy as I expected them to be. They look super cute, I’m so happy I got them!

Very Annoyed
Highly annoyed with this boot, was not what I expected. To be fair, the boot fits true to size and is very comfortable when first trying it on. I'm hesitant to wear it a full day though because I might be returning it. I got this boot on sale, and was excited because I read that the upper was Timberlands premium leather. Upon inspection, it seems more like plastic or a VERY thin layer of "leather". What was more disappointing was the base of the boot. It feels like some sort of soft foam material, and the entire shoe is the weight of about 3 feathers. Great if you're looking for something lightweight. Not me! I purchased this boot in hopes to wear it in winter. I live in Buffalo NY, this will not be possible unless I want to be flopping around like a penguin.

Nice, runs half a size large
Love these, although it took me a few orders to get the right size. I’m normally a 7 1/2-8 in boots, but read the other reviews, and decided to go down a whole size. Wish I had gone half a size the 7 fits perfect! 6 1/2 was a little snug and the 7 1/2 was way too big. These boots are very Comfortable and super light!!

Size down
Runs big. I need to exchange a 7.5 to a 6.5. A 7.5 felt too big and wide

Best boot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This boot is amazing! It has a little wider toe box which is great for the thicker winter socks. I also love how durable but light the boot feels. Great stylish boot for all occasions!!
