[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are gorgeous and surprisingly warm. Fit prevents thick socks but lining provides fair protection from cold (single digit temps no problem). Cons are lack of padding, gel heel inserts help.

Stylish and functional
Just shoveled snow in these and I am in love! The tread prevents you from slipping, the fur at the ankle helps keep a little snow out and the chunky sole provides plenty of insulation from the cold ground. The fur is only around the top but the inside is flocked and cozy without adding too much bulk. My feet are on the cusp of being wide but the regular width in my size fit fine. They feel slightly tight at first with thick socks but within a couple of minutes warm up and are comfortable. I don't even needs my hands to put them on, just step right into them and go.

Just love them. Super comfy. True to size. Seem well made. The lining should be thicker, which is my only complaint. Bought the black nubuck. Got compliments ASAP. Think will buy green too.
