Not as described
The medium brown full-grain shoe actually comes in a cherry mahogany color. The picture online is very misleading and does not match what is actually sent. Also the shoe is not leather, but suede.

Not brown
The boot itself is very comfortable. I have a slightly wide foot at the ball and these have plenty of room. I am a sold 8.5 and these had a tiny tiny bit of extra room but I definitely wouldn’t be able to size down. The top of the boot for great on my chunky lower leg too. I think they’d fit fine for those with slimmer legs and ankles as well. I would love to keep these boots but they are more maroon or burgundy and I don’t have use for that color. I put them next to a brown handbag for contrast. Sad to send them back. Nordstrom please do a quality control check to avoid this inefficiency.

DEFINITELY not a brown boot
Love these timberlands and they fit is great BUT the pictures do NOT accurately display the color. These are not brown boot, at all. These are RED BOOTS. These pictures need to be updated

Big in the heel
A really nice boot. My first Tims and I thought them surprisingly comfortable. But I have a narrow heel and they run about a half size large (I wear an 11). So even with thick socks -- believed me, I tried -- my heels keep sliding up as I walked around the house. I imagined blisters in, like, 30 minutes. The light taupe is really more of a gray.

Too big :(
Y’all were right- these boots run really big! I ordered a 6 instead of my usual 6.5 and they are still too big and slip in the heel. They’re so cute, though! I hate to return them but this size just won’t work for me.

love this boot, but sized down 1/2 size
The boot just arrived and I’m so thrilled with it! Agree that the brown is off from the photo. It’s more of a red/brown. I am a SOLID 8 and the 7.5 fits great, even with a slightly thicker sock. They’re well made, cushiony and super cute. I gave it four stars cause I haven’t walked a day in them yet but hoping they live up to expectations. Buy them!
