Durable, Comfortable, and Built to Last

Soles came off first time I wore them.
Customer service agreed it was poor quality, but wouldn’t replace them or give me a refund.

Defect
The tongue on one of the boots has a cut in the leather. I did not notice this when I was looking at them in the Timberland store, I discovered this defect when I got them home. The cut appears to have been done by a razor, it is noticeable and deep. This is the second time I have purchased a premium pair of boots from Timberland and had to return them because of a defect. This was not the case in the past, quality was excellent. Today it seems that the quality of the premium boots is hit or miss. I will be returning this pair to the Timberland store that I purchased them from for a refund.
