Tiem Latus is the most comfortable Sneaker!
I bought my first pair of Tiem's back in September. Honestly the TIEM Latus Training Sneaker is the most comfortable sneaker I have bought! I've just purchased my second pair in white so I can switch up the colors. The shoe looks so cute on the foot . It has a cushioned footbed and padded lining which hugs your foot in comfort.
I need to go up 1/2 a size when ordering to give the foot extra room to get it in and out of this slip on style. I have a high arch and I like extra room for my feet to expand when walking so instead of an 8 1/2 I ordered a 9.
I walk in them everywhere and highly recommend these shoes!

PAINFUL to wear.
I had high hopes for these. I own cycling shoes from tiem and needed something for my workouts. The snake print on the exterior of the shoe by the inside of my ankles are super painful while working out. It’s like hard plastic digging into your ankles during basic low impact movements. I live a very active lifestyle and would not recommend these if you workout daily. They were not made right.

super comfy flexible trainer
I started with the cycle shoes and was completely obsessed. The trainers are light, comfy and flexible. The material feels sturdy and supportive in a way that will last (which can be an issue with some training shoes.) Great price too for those of us who tear a pair up every 6-8 months!

Best shoe for training
If you are looking for a shoe that provides support and comfort for circuit training this is the shoe for you. I was so sick of buying cheap shoes that provided no support. As soon as I put this shoe on I knew it was amazing by the way it fit perfectly and how comfortable they were. This shoe hugs your feet and provides the support you need while doing crunches, lunges, lifting weights, you name it. Worth every penny.

Cute BUT NO Arch Support!
These are adorable. Got them in the natural and they look exactly as shown. I kept them on for several hours at home. The thing that I noticed immediately was that there is no arch support. As cute as they are they're just not going to work out. They do fit true to size so go with your normal size.

Best work out sneakers!!
I love these sneakers. I have two pairs. They are great for my boot camp workouts and super comfortable. I need a lot of foot cushioning and these have a very soft yet supportive foot bed. The wrap around Velcro also gives excellent support. Highly recommended!!
