Weird fit and not expensive looking fabric

Ok fit on bottom - a bit large but not sloppy. Top was so tight over the chest (I’m a 36D) and they were pressed flat. Sleeves were unattractively oversized. Fabric was thin and color wasn’t what I was hoping for.
