Tie Side Swim Bottoms

THIS SWIM BOTTOM IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER OWNED! I purchased this bikini bottom and bandeau top in color red, size 4. The color and fit are perfect, but the garment's construction is a failure. This beach garment is constructed in a way that it is a pouch for sand collection, as in a sand bag! The lining of the crotch panel fails to be seam sealed with the outer fabric. The unsealed crotch is a large inside pocket that collects wet sand in the fabric between your legs! It is uncomfortable and ugly to be pouching a big bag of sand there, and difficult to get wet sand out from between the 2 layers of fabric! Furthermore, the entire front lining panel is mesh. The mesh enables sand to enter the entire front lining but unable to escape, just like the crotch pocket. So sand collects in the entire front of the garment between the lining and outer fabric. Such horrible construction for a garment that should be flattering and nice to wear for the beach! I wonder whether all of Sea Level Australia's swim bottoms have such failed construction. Has anyone else had this terrible sand pouch experience with Sea Level's swimwear? I have owned many brands of swimwear and have never had this sand pouching experience with other brands no matter high or low end. I purchased this supposedly premium swimsuit in gorgeous red for vacation visit to renowned Horseshoe Bay, Bermuda. The top and bottom look nice, but the bottom is failed construction that CANNOT BE WORN TO THE BEACH!

I adore these swim bottoms! The adjustable sides work well for me, my body size slightly fluctuates depending on what exercises I am doing in the summer and winter and these always fit throughout the year because I can re-tie them. The coverage is enough to give me confidence swimming in the pool and ocean and laying out on the beach, yet they aren't so big they are like granny undies. My body can look like I have love handles and these are flattering for me.
